The 10 Parts of Deliberate Creation

10 Parts of Deliberate Creation

The recipe for deliberation creation has 10 parts:

  • 5 parts of appreciating what is
  • 2 parts of imagining a little better than what is
  • 2 parts of looking for things that would make you feel better
  • 1 part of quieting your mind, relaxing and not trying so hard, being at ease with it.

A Parable About Reincarnation

First there was a divine spark that knew it’s true nature as an infinite being.

Everyone was a divine spark in the beginning.

Then the Moon said to one divine spark; “would you like to temporarily become a human being on Earth and see what it’s like?”

The divine spark knowing it’s infinite nature said “I would love to.”

The Moon said to the divine spark; “awesome, but first you will have to forget everything including your true nature as a divine spark.”

“Why?” Said the Divine Spark.

“To make your experience on the Earth more real.” said the moon.

The Divine Spark said “Ok, no problem.”

So the Moon and Divine Spark agreed and the divine spark incarnated as a human being without any memory of it’s true self.

The human being then lived for 80 years and died thinking life on earth was all there was, and that life was only lived once.

But the Moon met the soul of the human being that just passed away and the soul asked; “Are you God?”

The Moon lied and said; “Yes I am your God.”

The Soul asked; “What happens next?”

The Moon God said; “We will review your life and every thought, word, and deed.”

The Soul said after life review; “Oh My God, I feel so bad, I’ve made so many mistakes.”

The Moon God said; “Ok no problem, I can send you back to Earth to atone for your mistakes.”

The Soul said; “Please Send me back, I must make up for my mistakes.”

The Moon God Said; “Ok no problem, but first you must forget everything you knew about your last lifetime.”

The Soul said; “I agree.”

And this same thing went on and on for a million lifetimes before the human read “The Parable of Reincarnation.”

After reading “The Parable of Reincarnation”, The Soul died some years later.

The Soul avoided the Moon God and flew in the opposite direction of the moon.

Then The Soul got as far away from the earth as possible.

Afterwards The Soul flew far enough away so that it could see the whole universe.

Then The Soul was finally liberated from reincarnation as it realized it’s true nature as a Divine Spark!

The I-AM – WE-ARE Meditation

The I-AM – WE-ARE mediation is used to merge your conscious and subconscious minds with the all knowing, all present, all powerful, personal God (I-AM) and universal intelligence (WE-ARE.)

This meditation is one way to dissolve the illusion of separation (original sin.)

As a result of this meditation you will overcome the illusion of separation and manifest heaven on earth, not just for yourself but for everyone. Your consciousness will move out of duality into unity.

This is somewhat because the mediation helps you to move out of psychological time (duality) and into the now (unity.)

How to Do The Meditation

Breathe in and mentally state I-AM in that empty space between inhalation and exhalation.

Breathe out and mentally state WE-ARE before inhaling again.

Repeat and do this meditation daily for best results.

A Sens Premonition

On a Friday in June 2011 I was sitting in a restaurant with my friends and I suddenly visualized a Sens home opener against Buffalo.

In that home opener I saw the ending of the first period.

Daniel Alfredsson scored a goal to make the score 4-0 Ottawa here in the first. I held the inner feeling this premonition gave me and decided to believe it.

There was no actual home opener against buffalo, I just used that game as an example to visualize, I didn’t know what any future NHL schedule would look like at the time.

Any time the thought of a 4-0 game came to mind, I thought of Daniel Alfredsson giving Ottawa a 4-0 lead with ten seconds left in the first period.

I did this for a total of a few minutes daily for about 1 year just as the thought would pass by I visualized Alfie scoring that goal with 10 seconds left in the first period to make it 4-0!

It’s very rare to see a 4-0 game in the first period.

But on March 23rd 2013 I was at the game VS TB.

The Ottawa Senators were leading 3-0 and got a power play with 2 minutes left in the first period.

On the power play a shot was taken and the puck bounced to Daniel Alfredsson, he scored with about 10 seconds left to make it 4-0 Ottawa here in the first.

The premonition came true!

The Sens would win the game 5-3 and Guy Boucher would be fired from behind the TB bench right after the game. That premonition was the game winning goal that got future Sens coach Guy Boucher fired from his old team.

I just realized as I was writing this that in Jan of 2007 Daniel Alfredsson did the exact same thing against the Habs.

How I Used Psychic Influence to Make the Sens Better In 2012!

Connection VS Attachment

Connection means loving what you desire and intending for it to manifest in your life, attachment is taking things to the extreme all the way to the point where you couldn’t be happy without your desire manifesting.

Unhappiness is attachment and pushes your desire further away.

Happiness is connection and brings your desire closer to you.

Attachment keeps you locked in a vibration that doesn’t match the reality you want to manifest; connection locks you into the exact vibration that will attract your desired outcome.

When I was watching the Sens in 2010-2011 I was ATTACHED to the outcome of games and the team lost most games because I was attracting the WORST VERSION OF THE TEAM INTO MY REALITY!

I didn’t know my thoughts and emotions collapsed the wave function of possibility into a function of certainty. I didn’t know about the LOA or quantum physics until April 2011.

I didn’t know I could use my mind to alter the probable future of the team.

I would doubt the team, curse at the screen, and get pissed off at losses; little did I know my emotional state was reflected back to me by the performance of the team.

Eventually when the games didn’t matter and I became curious about the games near the end of the season, I became more connected to the games. As a result the team improved.

After learning psychic influence in May 2011 I aimed to make the Boston Bruins win game 6 of the cup final by a score of 5-2. I was able to prove to myself that psychic influence was possible.

The next season (2011-2012) the Sens cleaned house and changed coaches. They hired Paul MacLean who was a very good coach and a very positive energy within the collective consciousness of the franchise.

I would meditate and then visualize the team winning before every game I had the chance to.

I blessed the team with my FOCUSED INTENTION!

The Sens started the season 1-5, in the 71st Sens game I went to, the team lost 7-1. This synchronicity proved to me that my intention would prevail and the team’s faults would be quickly discovered and fixed.

The next week at my 72nd Sens game the team lost 7-2 VS Philly.

I was at the game late in the 3rd; the Sens were trailing 4-1. I thought “hey my 71st game was 7-1.” Then Philly scored 3 straight goals to lead 7-1 with a minute remaining.

Then Erik Karlsson made it 7-2 and the team left the ice 1-5, embarrassed and rock bottom was hit.

My doubts and attachments were alleviated and serendipity enhanced my FAITH!

The Sens beat the Jets 4-1 to improve to 2-5.

The Sens then played CLB and scored the game opening goal with 13:13 on the clock.

I decided to hold the picture in my mind of the team emerging victorious for the WHOLE GAME.

They would be losing 3-2 with 1 minute left.

So I LET GO and OBSERVED!

Penalties were called, and Neil got a misconduct instead of a roughing minor. Alfie drew a penalty instead of a Penalty shot.

The Sens played 4 on 4 in the final minute with the net empty.

Spezza ties the game at 3.

Ottawa’s penalty expires with the Sens attacking; Sens win my 74th Sens game with 4.7 Seconds left!

They would win 3-2 in CAR to make their record 4-5.

Then VS FLA the game was tied at 3 with 1 minute left, my friend says “regulation win” – Foligno scored the GWG with 3.5 seconds left! The ending was almost an exact replica of the Columbus game, the score was also 4-3.

In NY the Sens were losing 4-1 before the 3rd VS NYR – I intervened and attracted a different outcome from the universe by vividly imagining the team leaving the ice with a W!

They would make it 4-4 and win the shootout!

Then they beat the Leafs 3-2 the next night.

Then I doubted they could beat Boston, and surely Boston won 5-3.

Before the Nov 29th 2011 game VS WPG I visualized Smith scoring goals. Smith Scored twice including a PPG. When asked why Smith was on the Power play. “Paul MacLean said “I just had a hunch to put him out there.”

On Feb 9 2012 Chris Phillips was playing game 1000, I had a hunch Phillips would have a special night; he scored 2 goals in game 1000!

On the 84th day of the year the Sens playoff hopes were up in the air, and they needed to win 4 out the remaining 7 games to make it.

I was losing faith in the weeks leading up to this, because the team’s offense was very dry.

So I visualized the team scoring goal after goal. I visualized good saves.

After the 1st the Sens were losing 2-1.

Then Gonchar, Phillips, and Turris scored in fast succession to flip the score from being down double to up by double.

Pittsburgh scored to make it 4-3!

Then with 3:53 left Daniel Alfredsson made it a 5-3 game!

Sid the Kid made it 5-4 with Andy in net for the 3rd.

Then Spezza made it 6-4 with 6:44 left!

The Sens would win 8-4 on the 84th day of 2012!

They would also win 3 more games to make the playoffs.

I then wanted the Sens to face the Rangers, so I intended for that.

The Sens lost 3 in a row to fall to 8th and face NYR!

In game 4 of the Series I was on the phone with my buddy before overtime, the same guy who said the Sens would beat FLA in regulation. He said Turris would win the game! He was right!

Then in game 5 I visualized the Sens winning 2-0 with Spezza scoring both goals.

I did this by picturing the 3 stars as “Anderson, Lundqvist and Spezza!”

Spezza scored all the goals in the game! 2-0 Sens!

The Sens would lose to the NYR but they had a magical season that fans will never forget.

Reality is a reflection of self and serendipity occurs when you are using forces greater then yourself to manifest an INTENT!

The Sens were 6-14-3 when I didn’t visualize and 34-16-9 when I did visualization prior to games.

In the playoffs I was more ATTACHED again and doubt prevailed as I struggled to raise my state of being to a positive one before game 7.

OVERALL THE EXPERIMENT WAS A SUCCESS!

Note; in 2015 when HAMMOND made his first Start in Goal the thought came to my mind “ANDREW HAMMOND WILL CATCH FIRE!”

AND SO I BELIEVED, OBSERVED WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS, AND WE ALL WITNESSED HISTORY!

Ottawa made the playoffs by MIRACLE!

Being is Superior to Doing

“It’s better to be just be it then to just do it, being requires less effort.” – Angus Baynham-McColl

My aim is to be rich and prosperous!

But my goal is to earn money; this arises out of my aim to be prosperous.

We aim for states of beings, and then the physical counterpart is to set a goal to manifest that state of being into physical form.

But if you are setting a goal so you can get a state of being, then you are working in reverse relative to the way The Creator meant for you to manifest.

If you are setting a state of being so you can work on a goal, you are working with creation in the easiest way and therefore the most-true way.

You don’t have to “earn the feeling of being rich” by making money, nor do you have to make money to “think you are rich.”

You have to be rich first in thinking and feeling, and then you will make money physically. You cant be lack and create prosperity.

When you are being rich, you will be inspired to set fun goals because you are carried by a rich energy. What we really want is richness in spirit, and creating health, wealth, and happiness is a reflection of how efficiently we are working through the path of least effort and manifesting through Gods power rather then our own effort.

Ask and the state of being is given right away, then let go and allow your subconscious to link you up with the right ideas, inspiration, and opportunities. Then consciously take advantage of your circumstances with a mindset that God has life rigged in your favor!

You Don’t Exist

Enlightenment is the realization that you don’t exist in the way that you think you do.

The “you” that you think you are is a story created by thought.

The real you is everything you sense in the present moment, so when I say you don’t exist, what I mean to say is that you are not a body or mind.

You are consciousness observing the present moment.

Angus Baynham-McColl

There is No Such Thing as Good or Bad – Everything Just Is

“There is no such thing as good or bad. This is because we have 2 parts of the mind; we have the part that observes and the part that thinks.

The part of our self that observes will see everything as a neutral event, but then within a split second our inner narrative (thanks to the mind) will take over and place a judgement of good or bad onto an event.” – Angus Baynham-McColl

This is why a wise man once said that “nothing is good or bad, unless thinking makes it so.”

I’m a regular guy and I feel emotions just like everyone else, but I know that my emotions have to do with my inner narrative, and they are not defined because of the way anything on the outside is. All I have to do to feel better is change the narrative going on inside my head. For some this is easier said then done, I’m still working on it.

For example you will be frustrated if you are at Sushi and think “Oh fuck, it looks like the lineup for a table at the sushi place is going to be a whole hour.”

You can turn this around by saying “This is an amazing chance that the universe gave me to practice patience.”

Now, keep in mind that your inner narrative is not true at all, but it will always feel true to you and your witnessing presence; so you are best off to use the power of positive thinking to create a positive feeling. If you want to create non-attachment you can choose to simply observe via the 5 senses and you will realize that without inner thought – all events are neutral.

The only thing that makes this hard is that it’s difficult to keep your “field of observation” free of thought for longer then a second or two. The lone exception to this is when you are doing something such as playing a sport (because you are concentrating.)

There was an incident last year where I fell on my ass wiping out on the ice, and the pain went away in 3 seconds because I changed my inner narrative about the event. Rather then being like “oh fuck this hurts.” I said “the pain is dissolving quickly.”

And within seconds I felt normal again.

This is how powerful our thoughts and beliefs are.

Your narrative can spin all neutral events into positive or negative ones and even though it seems our thoughts have no affect on the outside world, they do have an affect on our inner feeling. And it’s the sum of our thoughts – feelings- and actions that create our own inner and outer reality.

Hierarchy of Dimensions:

God or Self = Pure Oneness/ Everythingness & is considered the 7th Dimension.

Witnessing Presence = Spiritual Plane & Pure Being or the 6th Dimension.

Thoughts = Mental Plane & Inner Reality or the 5th Dimension

Emotions = Astral Plane & The Bridge of Inner and Outer Reality or the 4th Dimension

Actions = Physical Plane & Outer Reality or the 3rd Dimension

Your observation is of the second highest level of the 5 planes mentioned and is extremely powerful, use it well.

Observe different thoughts to create different feelings, and take different actions – this is how you would create the reality you want.

What you observe is what you create, this is proven by quantum physics.

Until next time,

Angus Baynham-McColl
